Our Team

All of our research is patient-centered and is designed to bring the newest contraceptive methods to patients as quickly as possible.  The Division is home to many innovative studies, both large and small—everything from small foundation-sponsored pilot studies to large clinical trials funded by NIH grants.  We currently have women participating in over ten trials, focused on new contraceptive methods.  The Division is one of twelve centers nationwide that participate in the Contraceptive Clinical Trials Network of the National Institute of Health, developing new methods of birth control.  For more information on any of our studies, please contact Nancy Gallagher, Anu Targal, or Kisha Cummings at (212) 305-0947 (email addresses ng2013@columbia.edu, at2412@columbia.edu, and kpc2104@columbia.edu).
