Assistant Dean for Student Affairs – oversees the day to day operations of the Office of Student Affairs including, but not limited to, the progress of medical students from registration through graduation at the College of Physicians & Surgeons.

• Major Clinical Year Scheduling System
• Student Handbook
• The Steven Z. Miller Student Clinician's Ceremony – Twelve medical schools inaugurate clinical transition program for third year medical students. This ceremony includes presentation of monetary awards and certificates of recognition to six resident teachers chosen by the outgoing third year class; Survival guide and book given to each member of the class; presentation of a keynote speaker students found to be an outstanding role model.
