EMMI^® Programs

The staff at the Center for Metabolic and Weight Loss Surgery at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University Medical Center considers you an important part of the wellness team and we want to help you become an active participant in your treatment program. That is why we partnered with Emmi Solutions™ to provide you with a web-based multimedia program to help you understand your upcoming procedure and better manage your pre- and post- surgical care. Your Emmi program will take about 20 minutes to view and we encourage you to watch as often as you need to. We also encourage you to share with family and friends who will be partnering in your care.

To register and view your Emmi program select the Emmi Solutions logo to be redirected to the registration page and provide:

1. Your name
2. Your date of birth
3. Your procedure date (if you know it--not required)
4. Your physician
5. Your Emmi program (informed decision making, types of surgery and LAP-BAND post-op information)
6. Your email, so that your access code can be sent directly to you in a link for repeat viewing of your Emmi program (not required)

You will be automatically be given an access code and a link to select to take you directly to view your Emmi program.
